Marie Maurice joined Ivie McNeill & Wyatt in 2010. Ms. Maurice specializes in general civil litigation and criminal defense. She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2008 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University in 2004.
During law school, Ms. Maurice served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP) and as the Mock Trial Coordinator for the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). During her law school career, she participated in numerous mock trial competitions including the BLSA Western Region Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, National BLSA Mock Trial Competition, National Civil Rights Mock Trial Competition and the National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition. Upon graduation, Ms. Maurice had the honor of becoming an American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fellowship recipient.
