EXPERIENCE

Cheryl Wilson has been a Nevada trial lawyer since 2002 and has primarily practiced in civil defense. Ms. Wilson relies on her more than 35 years of experience to protect all interests. She has litigated a variety of cases including premises liability, auto accidents, real estate disputes and employment disputes. Additionally, Ms. Wilson brings a large amount of experience in products liability and spent several years of her career defending allegations of product and manufacturing defects against the largest automobile manufacturer in the U.S.

Along with her extensive trial experience, Ms. Wilson is well versed in the federal and appellate courts.

 

Ms. Wilson believes in conflict resolution and advises clients on options available, including settlement, alternative arrangements, and trial.
