ALLISON R. BRACY became an Associate with Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt in 2005, following her admission to the California State Bar. She practices in the area of civil litigation and general liability, with an emphasis on professional negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability. She has successfully litigated matters from inception through appeal on behalf of a diverse mix of clients from private individuals and small non-profit organizations to large corporations and municipalities. She has excelled in obtaining favorable resolution of her cases.Mrs. Bracy earned her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. She was actively involved in the legal community in Phoenix by serving as a student liaison and member of The Hayzel B. Daniels Bar Association and as a founding member of the Black Pre-Law Association (BPLA) on the campus of Arizona State University.Mrs. Bracy received her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. There, she was a merit scholar and CALI award recipient and served as the Technical Editor for Howard Scroll: The Social Justice Law Review. As a law student, Mrs. Bracy completed two judicial externships at the District of Columbia Superior Court in the areas of complex civil litigation and criminal law. Off campus, Mrs. Bracy participated as a student member of the Federal American Inn of Court and as a mentor in the Big Sisters Mentoring Program.

Mrs. Bracy is admitted to practice in California and has professional affiliations with the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, John M. Langston Bar Association and Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles.
