EXPERIENCE

Tiffany Rollins’ primary practice focuses on entertainment law, intellectual property and public entity defense.

 

Ms. Rollins serves as outside counsel for an American multinational conglomerate holding and telecommunications company where she supports in-house counsel by negotiating and drafting digital media rights and television production agreements. Ms. Rollins has also served as outside counsel for a secure cloud computing services platform owned by an American multinational technology company where she has supported in-house counsel by negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial business and construction transactions.

 

In addition, Ms. Rollin represents public entities in civil rights, wrongful death, and general liability matters. Ms. Rollins has obtained victories on matters through dismissals of actions at the pleadings stage and on summary judgment. She has also successfully negotiated favorable settlements in the best interest of her clients.

 

Prior to joining Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt, Ms. Rollins was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Compton. She assisted in the mitigation of the general liability for the City by implementing and enforcing the law and municipal regulations, drafting city contracts, resolutions, ordinances, and legal opinions, and advising the Mayor and City Council, as well as city departments, boards, and commissions on the interpretation of the law.

 

During law school, Ms. Rollins served as a member and historian for the Black Law Students Association. She is an inducted member of the prestigious Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Ms. Rollins completed a summer externship with the Los Angeles Superior Court and also interned with the Business and Legal Affairs Department at BET Networks, gaining significant transactional experience.
