EXPERIENCE
Audrey Fong litigates cases in the areas of personal injury, business and commercial disputes, and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt in 2001, Ms. Fong was an associate at a major international insurance defense firm where she handled insurance coverage, professional liability, and personal injury cases.
While earning her J.D. at Loyola Law School, Ms. Fong served as a judicial extern with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District of California, and as an intern with the Western Law Center for Disability Rights and the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration Project.
Ms. Fong has written articles on multiple topics, including immigration and land use. She received the First Honors Award in Hate Speech Seminar and was placed on the National Dean’s List of Scholastic Excellence. Her article “Employer Liability for Racist Hate Speech by Third Parties: Comparison of Approaches in Great Britain and the United States” was published in the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.
Ms. Fong graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in Communication Studies. She earned membership into several scholastic honor societies while attending UCLA.
