Experience

Audrey Fong litigates cases in the areas of personal injury, business and commercial disputes, and medical malpractice. Audrey has secured a number of multi-million-dollar medical malpractice and personal injury verdicts, including victories against major healthcare provider Kaiser Permanente.

Prior to joining Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt in 2001, Audrey was an associate at a major international insurance defense firm where she handled insurance coverage, professional liability, and personal injury cases.

While earning her J.D. at Loyola Law School, Audrey served as a judicial extern with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District of California, and as an intern with the Western Law Center for Disability Rights and the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration Project.

Audrey has written articles on multiple topics, including immigration and land use.  She received the First Honors Award in Hate Speech Seminar and was placed on the National Dean’s List of Scholastic Excellence.  Her article “Employer Liability for Racist Hate Speech by Third Parties: Comparison of Approaches in Great Britain and the United States” was published in the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.

Audrey graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in Communication Studies. She earned membership into several scholastic honor societies while attending UCLA.
