Diana Taing has been an associate with Ivie, McNeill, & Wyatt since 2009. Her practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation.

Ms. Taing graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science from U.C.L.A. in 2003. In the Spring of  2003, she served as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Taing received her Juris Doctor from U.C. Hastings, College of the Law in 2007. During law school, she served as a clinic counselor at the Employment Law Center in San Francisco and at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Ms. Taing drafted contracts and memoranda for a San Francisco community benefit district non-profit, and served as a judicial extern in San Francisco Superior Court.
