BENJAMIN A. DAVIS joined the law firm of Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt as an associate in 2009. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation and general liability matters. Ben attended the University of La Verne College of Law in Ontario, California, where he received high academic achievements including the position of Senior Staff Editor on Law Review. He was also a participating member in La Verne’s Moot Court program and Entertainment Law Society.
After law school, Ben received his LL.M in Entertainment and Media Law from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. There his studies focused on intellectual property matters, specifically, copyright and trademark related matters. Prior to joining the law firm he worked at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. where he enforced the studio’s intellectual property rights and coordinated anti-piracy efforts
