RANDY KENNON joined Ivie, McNeill, & Wyatt as Special Counsel in 2007.
Prior to joining Ivie, McNeill, & Wyatt, Mr. Kennon served as in-house counsel at Bank of America for 17 years, attaining the title of Associate General Counsel. He was responsible for supervising the five attorneys and eight paralegals across the United States who handled the defense of Bank of America in UCC and commercial loan disputes.
Mr. Kennon had a private practice in commercial and civil litigation for 14 years prior to joining Bank of America's legal department. His practice encompassed a wide range of complex commercial litigation in all areas of pre-trial, trial and appellate work, as well as extensive experience in mediating such disputes.
